1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Hanlim World services and registering for camp programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Description
Hanlim World provides K-POP training camp programs in partnership with Hanlim Arts High School. Services include professional training sessions, accommodation, meals, and showcase events as described in the specific program details.
3. Registration and Eligibility
Participants must be between 13 and 25 years of age. Participants under 18 must have parental or guardian consent. All information provided during registration must be accurate and complete.
4. Payment Terms
Camp fees must be paid in full before the program start date unless an installment plan has been arranged. All prices are listed in the applicable currency and include the services specified in the program package.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations made 30 or more days before the program start date will receive a full refund minus a processing fee. Cancellations within 14-29 days will receive a 50% refund. No refunds are available for cancellations within 14 days of the start date.
6. Limitation of Liability
Hanlim World provides training services on a best-effort basis. We are not liable for any injuries that may occur during training activities, though we maintain appropriate insurance coverage and safety protocols.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Seoul, South Korea.
